Kaeley R. Brown represents clients in civil and criminal matters including white collar, securities fraud, and consumer litigation and investigations. She has experience with all stages of litigation including conducting and managing factual investigation, witness preparation, researching and writing motions, and overall trial preparation.
Kaeley has an active pro bono practice that includes matters from the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation representing domestic violence victims seeking protective orders against their abusers. She is involved in Jones Day’s Firmwide efforts to assist in the unaccompanied minors crisis and the Laredo Project.
She has helped several unaccompanied minors secure orders with the necessary special findings to permit those children to seek Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, which then permits them to obtain lawful permanent residency.
Kaeley is also active in the Atlanta community and serves as vice chair on the Executive Board of the Emerging Leaders Network of CHRIS 180, a community organization focused on providing services to homeless youth.
