Kaitlin I. Spittell is an Associate at Livelihood Law, LLC where she exclusively practices plaintiff-side employment law for private sector and federal government employees.
She dreams of a world where people can freely pursue their career goals unencumbered by harmful stereotypes. She works to make this a reality one client at a time.
Ms. Spittell received her JD from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where she participated in the Student Trial Lawyers Association and Student Mentorship program, and served on the board of the National Women Law Student Organization.
A Texas native, she received her undergraduate degrees from the University of North Texas, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Ms. Spittell is licensed to practice in Colorado’s State and Federal Courts. She is a current member of the Colorado Plaintiffs Employment Lawyers Association, Faculty of Federal Advocates, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Denver Bar Association – Young Lawyer Division, and Alpha Delta Pi Denver Alumnae Association.
Away from the office, Ms. Thomas enjoys going on adventures in the Colorado outdoors, including hiking, white water rafting, and snow shoeing.
