Kaitlin McGrath is an associate in the financial services group. She advises U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, and their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters. She also advises boards of directors/trustees of U.S. registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters.
Ms. McGrath has assisted clients with developing and launching new funds, regulatory and compliance matters relating to existing funds and requests for exemptive relief from the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. McGrath is a member of Dechert’s pro bono committee and co-coordinator for the Boston office’s pro bono program.
