Kaitlyn A. Tongalson is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Ms. Tongalson’s practice focuses on a variety of areas including bankruptcy litigation, investment funds litigation, and white collar defense. Ms. Tongalson received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2016, where she was Managing Editor of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. She graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, Barnard College, with a B.A. in Political Science.
