Kaleb Walker’s practice focuses on construction transactions in the energy, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and petrochemical sectors. With a background in civil engineering, Kaleb brings a practical and industry-minded approach to his representation of owners and developers in their large-scale domestic and international projects.
He has substantial experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction-related agreements, including engineer-procure-construct agreements. Kaleb also assists owners with resolving project issues that arise during and after construction.
Kaleb has drafted and negotiated numerous construction-related agreements, including design-build contracts, construction contracts, teaming agreements, engineering agreements, architectural agreements, subcontracts, master subcontract agreements, and others.
He also has significant litigation experience and has represented owners, developers, municipalities, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineering firms, and architects in various disputes relating to commercial buildings, mixed-use facilities, and infrastructure projects.
