Kamran Parandian is the founder and principal of the Parandian Law Firm. Mr. Parandian is a dynamic, results-driven attorney with substantial immigration, corporate and commercial litigation experience.
He has represented and/or advised many individual and corporate clients on a wide range of matters helping them achieve success. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, software, international trade, health, construction, and manufacturing.
Mr. Parandian spent his early years as an attorney practicing corporate law at a large New York firm, and then went on to grow a vibrant and successful New York area practice with a solid track record representing small to mid-size businesses and individuals. Prior to that, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. John E. Babiarz, Jr. at the Delaware Superior and Chancery Court.
Mr. Parandian received a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Waterloo in 1997 and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2001.
