Karen Lynn Goldstein

Ms. Goldstein is widely known in criminal defense circles for passionately defending her client’s rights and obtaining impressive case results. Her practice is focused exclusively on state and federal criminal defense. She is respected in the defense community for taking on and winning the most challenging cases, in both state and federal court, which other lawyers did not have the skills or vision to pursue.

Ms. Goldstein earned her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She graduated cum laude and magna cum laude in her respective degrees.

Ms. Goldstein is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California. She is fluent in French and speaks Spanish conversationally.
