Ms. Katerina M. Polychronopoulos is an associate in the Construction and Government Contracts department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s San Francisco office. Ms. Polychronopoulos counsels clients on a wide variety of government contracts and construction law issues ranging from small private construction disputes to complex public engineering, heavy construction and building disputes.
Her experience includes million-dollar complex construction disputes including: differing site conditions; delay and change order claims; and lien and bond claims. Prior to joining Seyfarth, Katerina was an associate at one of the nation’s oldest firms to focus primarily on construction and government contracting.
She served as an extern for the Honorable David G. Bernthal in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of Illinois during law school.
