Katharine Alexander is an associate in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices and a member of the firm’s corporate practice group. Ms. Alexander represents public and private companies in a broad array of corporate and securities law matters, including entity formation, debt and equity financing, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Alexander also counsels companies on corporate governance issues, compliance with the U.S. federal securities laws, and compliance with the listing standards of Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange.
Katy received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2011, where she served as Symposium Editor of the California Law Review and earned a Prosser Prize in Corporate Governance. Katy is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and recipient of the Phi Beta Kappa Scholar’s Award.
