Katherine L. Beran’s practice focuses on commercial litigation in both federal and state court. She counsels on compliance and litigation issues for financial institutions. She also counsels clients on white collar criminal defense matters. In addition, Katherine maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, Katherine interned for Judge Tom Price on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, worked as a student attorney for The University of Texas School of Law’s Actual Innocence Clinic, and worked for legal non-profit organizations.
Katherine is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
