Katherine Hoyt

Katherine Hoyt is an associate attorney with the law firm Meacham & Earley, P.C. She holds the license to practice law in the states of Alabama and Georgia. She maintains the law firm’s offices in Columbus city in Georgia and Phenix City in Alabama.

She focuses her practice on areas such as family law, business law & transactions, real estate law, probate, wills, trusts, employment & labor law, corporate law, and civil litigation. She handles cases related to family law such as divorce, child custody & support, adoption, etc.

Attorney Hoyt is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association and is serving as a Secretary of the Russell County Bar Association.

She attended the Auburn University to obtain her Bachelor in Arts in degree in Criminology in 2008. She worked extensively in the Juvenile Court system in Anne Arundel County, Maryland and held other criminal justice positions.

She joined the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University to study law. In 2016, she graduated with both Masters in Law and Juris Doctorate degrees in Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Katherine M. Hoyt worked as an associate attorney with the domestic relations law firm Delk & Tomlinson Law in Montgomery for a year before joining her current law firm.
