Katherine Martin is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Special Matters and Investigations practice. Her practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, corporate compliance and governance matters, and related complex civil litigation.
Katherine received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Board. She received the John A. Cortner Championship Award and Richard Nagareda Best Oralist Award for Vanderbilt’s Intramural Moot Court Competition, as well as the Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award for Legal Writing I and II.
Prior to attending law school, Katherine graduated summa cum laude from Furman University, with a B.A. in Political Science. At Furman, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and received the Henry P. Jones Medal in Political Science.
