
Katherine McBeth researches and drafts memoranda and legal motions on a variety of issues, including innovator liability, joint ventures, fraudulent inducement claims, causation and price-fixing claims. While in law school, Katherine participated in a Medical-Legal Partnership between Georgetown University Law Center and Georgetown University School of Medicine.
As a student in the Medical-Legal Partnership, Katherine presented on how the legal and medical communities can work collaboratively to obtain civil protection orders for victims of domestic violence.
Katherine was also an active member of the Trial Advocacy Division, where she received an award for Best Closing Argument at the Judge Paul Joseph Kelly, Jr. Invitational Trial Competition.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Katherine interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she conducted legal research and wrote memoranda on issues including misdiagnosis, Fourth Amendment matters, and Bivensactions. Katherine was also a summer associate at the firm.
