Katherine MacCorkle Mullins focuses her practice in the areas of general litigation and business litigation. She has represented businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation matters, including negligence, civil rights, products liability, premises liability, consumer protection, and insurance law. Ms. Mullins, a West Virginia native, is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
