Kathleen Marron Trabold is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability, Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation and Class Action & Mass Tort Practices. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, New Jersey and the District Court of New Jersey.
Prior to joining this firm, Ms. Trabold was a partner at a New York law firm where she focused her practice on the defense of products liability, premises liability, toxic tort, commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters.
She has served as both national and local counsel defending product and equipment manufacturers in toxic tort litigation when she not only managed large dockets in several high risk jurisdictions, but also provided critical reporting and guidance to clients regarding risk and assigned outcomes for litigation.
