Kathryn R. Barry is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations Practice Group in the New York office of King & Spalding. Her practice focuses primarily on white collar criminal litigation, government investigations, corporate compliance, and anti-corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters.
Ms. Barry earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2017. At Duke, Ms. Barry was a Staff Editor for Law & Contemporary Problems, Duke’s oldest journal. Ms. Barry was also actively involved in the Duke Bar Association, Duke’s student government organization, and played in active role in assiting the Admissions Office with recruiting students. Ms. Barry also spent a summer working at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire.
Ms. Barry earned her B.A. in Political Science and History from Villanova University in 2014.
