Kathryn Culver’s practice focuses on patent litigation involving a wide array of technologies, including genomic testing methods, laboratory apparatuses, and Internet and networking technologies.
Ms. Culver has experience across a broad range of patent litigation matters, including fact discovery, exhibit management, trial strategy and patent infringement claim charts.
Most recently, she was a member of a Weil team that successfully represented a client asserting patent infringement in the District of Delaware. In addition to her legal practice, she is active in the Firm’s Innocence Project pro bono program.
Ms. Culver earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Science in Global Health from Duke University. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she received a Duke Law Clinics Advocacy Award for her work in the Duke Law International Human Rights Clinic.
