Kathryn E. Kuhn is an associate in the Trial and Global Disputes practice group. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation as well as governmental regulatory and enforcement proceedings, with a particular focus on antitrust matters.
Kathryn represents clients in high-stakes litigation in state and federal court. She has personally handled in-court proceedings in DC Superior Court on behalf of a large medical insurance provider, serving as lead counsel for a short trial resulting in a favorable ruling.
Kathryn also has experience defending individuals and corporations in government investigations into alleged violations of antitrust, securities, anti-kickback, and off-label promotion laws.
Kathryn received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2013, where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. She earned her B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, from American University in 2008.
