Kathryn Kantha is an associate in the Patent Litigation practice group in Weil’s New York office, where her practice focuses on patent litigation in the life sciences space, including Hatch-Waxman litigation, on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotechnology innovator companies.
Ms. Kantha holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering. Prior to joining Weil, she worked as a chemical engineer for a process management consulting firm, was a New York Pro Bono Scholar with the Legal Aid Society’s Law Reform Unit, and clerked for the Hon. Laura T. Swain of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Kantha is a member of the Artists Council for the Whitney Museum of American Art.
