Katie M. Gray represents clients in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial real estate litigation and eminent domain. Katie represents landowners and condemning entities in eminent domain proceedings.
She represents clients on both sides of condemnation cases, allowing her to understand and anticipate both parties’ objectives in a dispute. She also works with appraisers, surveyors, land planners and engineers to understand the projects and properties at issue in her cases.
Katie represents companies in disputes involving real estate related contracts and financing arrangements. She’s helped clients to enforce financial covenants and protect revenue streams, resolve commercial lease disputes and manage issues related to owners’ association covenants.
