Katlyn M. Moseley assists clients at various stages of legal proceedings and trial preparation, including conducting legal research and writing motions and other legal memoranda. Katlyn participated in her law school’s Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic, where she argued a successful pro bono appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
She also served as an extern to the Honorable David J. Novak, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
