Katlyn Caldwell’s practice focuses on the representation of industrial clients, utilities, and other business interests in various state and federal environmental matters. Katlyn has developed a keen understanding of complex environmental legal issues, including issues involving the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
This expertise comes in part from representing clients in state administrative proceedings involving coal ash issues. Additionally, her experience working with in-house counsels on numerous environmental regulatory and litigation issues has resulted in a deeper understanding of the critical issues in environmental litigation, and more importantly, the business needs and goals for her clients.
