Keith Syverson focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He has represented clients in intellectual property disputes involving a variety of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers and internet services.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Syverson was a law clerk for the Honorable Todd Hughes of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He was previously a law clerk for the Honorable John Love of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Mr. Syverson’s practice experience includes representing clients in intellectual property disputes while working as a litigation associate at a law firm in Washington DC. While there, he focused on civil and criminal trade secret misappropriation and patent infringement matters.
Previously, Mr. Syverson was a law clerk and student associate with an intellectual property boutique in Chicago, IL, and a legal extern in the Office of the Solicitor at the US Patent & Trademark Office.
