Kelley Holland focuses her practice on general commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. With her experience on both sides of litigation at law firms and clerkships in district and appellate courts, she is able to represent our diverse clients, including individuals, businesses, partnerships and corporations in commercial disputes.
Kelley joined the firm after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable D. Arthur Kelsey of the Court of Appeals of Virginia. As a law clerk, she conducted substantive legal research and analysis in the areas of criminal law, domestic relations, workers’ compensation, and administrative law. Kelley is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the James Kent American Inn of Court and the American Bar Association.
Before going to law school, Kelley taught Spanish and English to high school and middle school students. She also served as a coach for a variety of varsity and junior varsity sports teams.
Kelley earned her J.D. from the Regent University School of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia. She also spent a summer abroad studying Spanish at the University of Valencia in Spain.
