Kelly Doolittle is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she provides immigration services to multinational corporate clients across various industries, including investment banking and financial services.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kelly worked at an immigration law firm in Boston, where she represented clients in a variety of immigration law matters, including removal defense, appellate matters, family-based visa petitions, humanitarian applications and employment-based visa petitions.
As a member of the Suffolk University Law School Immigration Clinic, Kelly assisted with a Board of Immigration Appeal that was successfully overturned by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Her pro bono experience has included representing immigrant detainees in asylum hearings before the Boston Immigration Court through the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project.
She has also represented Special Immigrant Juvenile applicants in probate/family court and before USCIS and Boston Immigration Court, and has successfully appealed factual findings necessary for Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions in Massachusetts Appeals Court.
