Kelly M. Henning is a staff attorney in King & Spalding’s Finance Practice resident in the Atlanta office. She is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance practice.
Kelly represents financial institutions, lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on post-closing issues within a transaction.
Kelly does pro bono work for the King & Spalding Habitat for Humanity Homeowner Wills Project, where she represents low-income, elderly or disabled homeowners in preparing their Wills and Trusts.
