Kelly Renaud is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she represents corporate clients in all aspects of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. She has experience representing clients across various industries and in a range of other matters, including asylum applications, inadmissibility waivers, naturalization applications and family-based adjustment of status.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kelly served as an Associate Attorney at a Boston area law firm, where she focused on preparing extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher and national interest waiver petitions.
During law school, Kelly served as Student Coordinator for the Women’s and Children’s Advocacy Project and competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She also spent a year working with Section 8 subsidized housing tenants in Boston.
Kelly has provided pro bono services through New England Law | Boston’s Human Rights and Immigration Law Project.
