Mr. McNulty is a shareholder and director with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Mr. McNulty graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
Mr. McNulty’s practice focuses on general litigation; corporate litigation, including large commercial foreclosures; collections; representation of creditors in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy, and providing general corporate representation.
Mr. McNulty was named by Super Lawyers magazine as a “Mid-South Rising Star” and as one of “The Best Lawyers in Little Rock” by a statewide publication.
He was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Pulaski County Bar Association, serves on the Uniform Laws Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association and is an Advisory Board Member for Heritage College.
Mr. McNulty frequently gives seminars to bankers, lawyers and other business people on creditor’s rights, bankruptcy issues, foreclosures and related topics.
