Kelsey C. Boehm is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Kelsey is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. She has experience assisting Foley’s clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters, including class action defense, contract disputes, and internal investigations.
During law school, Kelsey was a summer associate with Foley. She also has served as a judicial intern for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda to prepare the Justices for oral argument.
In addition, she worked in the legal department at Fiskars Brands – a manufacturer of consumer and commercial products for the home, garden and outdoors – at their national headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.
At Fiskars, she gained familiarity with a variety of areas of the law, including contracts, intellectual property, antitrust, litigation, international compliance, and products liability.
Education :
Kelsey earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., 2016), where she was an articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and a board member of the Wisconsin Moot Court and Wisconsin Mock Trial.
She received her bachelor’s degree in political science and ethics and public policy from the University of Iowa (B.A., 2013).

Kelsey is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Kelsey serves on the board of directors for the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. Kelsey is also a member of the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
