Kelsey M. O’Brien assists clients with a wide range of litigation matters and has experience with issues involving federal government contracts. Kelsey began her career at Fox as a law clerk and summer associate.
Prior to joining the firm, she interned with the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, the Procurement & Appropriations Law Division within the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor and the U.S. General Services Administration in the Office of Government-Wide Policy, Suspension & Debarment Division.
As a law student, Kelsey was editor-in-chief of the Public Contract Law Journal. Before attending law school, she worked as a project controller and proposal coordinator for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides information technology solutions to the federal government.
Kelsey is a licensed boater in Virginia and volunteers with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
