
Kelvin Wen is an associate attorney with a practice focused on immigration, corporate transactions in China, and white collar criminal defense.
Kelvin was born in mainland, China and came to the U.S. when he was 17 years old. Kelvin is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
After arriving in the United States, Kelvin received a full scholarship and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a double major of Economics and International Relations.
Kelvin then attended Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law where Kelvin was Co-chair of Asian Law Society.
While attending Berkeley, Kelvin interned at China’s National Bureau of Finance. During law school, Kelvin was a summer associate at several big law firms in Taiwan, New York, and China; law clerk at the Fourth District Court of Utah.
