Mr. Ken Martin is a respected trial attorney known for his thorough preparation, analytical skills, solid grasp of the rules of evidence and successful trial strategies. He has tried hundreds of cases as a judge, prosecutor and as a defense attorney. His case experiences range from misdemeanors to murder. Mr. Martin has tried cases all over the world to include Iraq.
Mr. Martin faithfully served twenty years in the United States Marine Corps retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2003. Almost all of his time in the Marine Corps was spent in the courtroom honing his litigation skills.
Additional duties included serving as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney in California representing the Department of Justice in criminal proceedings, a military justice expert at the Pentagon in the USMC Military Justice Section and as an assistant professor at the University of Mississippi.
Since 2003, Mr. Martin has focused his practice on military law (court-martials, administrative actions such as boards of inquiry and administrative boards, correction of military records, discharge upgrades and security issues) and civilian criminal law.
Mr. Martin joins The Federal Practice Group Worldwide Service where he focuses his practice on helping the military member facing any type of charge or administrative action that might harm their military career and ability to support themselves and family.
