For over 32 years, Kenneth S. Culotta has focused his practice in domestic and cross-border investment, commercial and financial transactions in the energy sector, with an emphasis on oil, gas, LNG and other hydrocarbons and petrochemicals.
Ken assists a variety of clients with domestic and cross-border energy and infrastructure investment, financing and monetization transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance, and the public and private law issues involved in structuring, documenting and negotiating these transactions.
He also works with clients on commercial agreements for site acquisition, revenue generation, hedging of financial exposure, raw materials and feedstock inputs, and construction, financing and operation of facilities.
Clients represented by Ken include oil, gas, NGL, LNG and petrochemical producers, transport and storage providers and customers, conventional power and utility-scale solar generators, merchant transmission providers, energy marketers, service companies and mining companies, along with private equity funds and other energy sector investors.
