
Kenneth C. Nee is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital, Fund Formation & Investment Management, and Private Funds & Buyout Practices.
Mr. Nee advises a variety of institutional investors including public employee pension plans and university endowments in connection with investments in private funds, alternative investment vehicles, co-investments, direct investments, the formation of single investor funds and separately managed accounts.
Mr. Nee counsels private investment funds, general partners, investment advisers, and management companies on all aspects of fund management, including structuring, formation, organization, registration with federal and state securities regulators, ongoing maintenance and operation, including drafting operating agreements and offering documents.
During law school, Mr. Nee worked as a litigation paralegal, providing support to attorneys throughout all phases of complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Nee earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 2015). He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University (B.S., 2010).
