Ken wrote the office protocol for prosecuting sexual offense cases, and was nominated for an award for victim sensitivity and received commendation from the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office.

A resident of Coconino County since 2003, Ken worked for almost two years as a prosecutor for the County Attorney’s Office. Ken returned to criminal and DUI defense full-time in 2005, opening his own office dedicated to quality personal representation at affordable prices.

Ken also continued his interest in helping children and families in the community by working in the juvenile delinquency and dependency areas as well. Ken is available after hours and on weekends by appointment.
