Kerry Fitzgerald Shriver is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. She has more than a decade of experience across various aspects of the capital markets, including investment banking, structured finance and securitizations, and securities analysis and trading.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Kerry was COO and general counsel at Aldwych Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank in New York. She has extensive transactional experience across several billion dollars of capital raising transactions focusing on the financial institutions sector.
Prior to Aldwych, Kerry helped launch Jefferies’ investment-grade debt capital markets effort and worked previously in the investment banking divisions at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.
Kerry has also previously worked in the corporate departments of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, both in New York.
