Kerryn Holman is a full-service commercial litigator with over eight years of experience. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation in both state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.
Her experience includes a variety of matters under state and federal law, including breach of contract, interference with contractual relations, common law fraud and negligence, fraudulent transfer, securities fraud, real estate disputes (including commercial lease disputes), ERISA preemption issues, environmental liability issues (including issues under CERCLA) and product defect issues.
Her clients range from individuals and smaller local businesses to larger national and international businesses and financial institutions. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Kerryn clerked for the Honorable Neil V. Wake at the US District Court for the District of Arizona.
