Kevin A Higgins

The Law Office of Kevin Higgins provides complete, professional, and personalized legal representation to people throughout Southeast Alaska.

Kevin Higgins has been practicing law in Alaska since 2007. He worked as an assistant public defender in Juneau until opening the Law Office of Kevin Higgins in late summer 2011. His practice focuses primarily on criminal defense and family law.

Kevin is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the Alaska Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (AKACDL), the Alaska Bar Association, and the Juneau Bar Association.

Each of these organizations provides invaluable resources that Kevin takes advantage of to stay on top of the latest legal developments; brainstorm novel or difficult questions; and discover the resources available to help clients achieve their goals both during and after litigation.

Kevin Higgins graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2007.

He graduated magna cum laude from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 2002 as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
