Kevin Barrett

Kevin N. Barrett’s practice focuses on labor and employment issues. Mr. Barrett is the executive director of the Pipe Line Contractors Association. Mr. Barrett is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.

He advises the Pipe Line Contractors Association on matters affecting the negotiation and administration of national collective bargaining agreements with the international unions involved in pipeline construction.
