Kevin has actively practiced law in Arizona since 2000. Kevin began practicing in Phoenix, Arizona with a well-respected medium sized law firm, where he honed his skills by focusing his practice on consumer debtor and bankruptcy trustee representation, and commercial litigation.
Kevin’s bankruptcy trustee representation allowed him to prosecute numerous preferential and fraudulent transfer adversaries within the Bankruptcy Court, some of which resulted in invaluable experience before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to forming Kelly McCoy, PLC, Kevin engaged in a sophisticated bankruptcy practice representing bankruptcy trustees, debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, and individual and institutional creditors in all bankruptcy chapters with one of the leading Phoenix bankruptcy boutique firms.
