Kevin Badgley concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and financing transactions. He has experience representing real estate owners, investors, developers, and joint ventures in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of a wide range of properties including office buildings, shopping centers, and restaurants. Kevin also represents financial institutions and borrowers in commercial lending and asset-based financing transactions.
Kevin frequently drafts, reviews, and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents, security instruments, corporate governance documents, and commercial leases. He also advises clients regarding entitlements, permitting, land use code compliance, and state and local regulatory processes related to the ownership and development of real property.
