Kevin Glenn is a New York partner in our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Kevin specializes in U.S. tax advice to U.S. and foreign multinational companies on cross-border financing, joint venture and M&A transactions.
His practice covers multiple industries including consumer products, financial institutions, automotive, retail and pharmaceutical companies.
Kevin advises clients on the taxation of cross-border transactions with a view to achieving their effective tax rate, treasury, financing and capital planning objectives. Kevin also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of tax efficient supply chain planning, cash repatriation, foreign tax credit planning, cross-border acquisition and disposition planning, and other effective tax rate planning.
Representative clients with which Kevin has led or contributed to significant tax planning initiative include Molson-Coors, Pfizer, Dover, Hasbro, H&R Block, JP Morgan Chase, Sanofi-Aventis, CB Richard Ellis, Signet Jewelers, Philips-66, Expedia.com, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, HP, Inc., Borg-Warner, Ford Motor Company, Pay-Pal, Ralph Lauren, Uber, Ecolab, and various others.
Since 2010, Glenn has been a part-time adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall University School of Law.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Kevin was a partner at KPMG. Kevin is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
