Kevin M. Green is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Houston office. His practice spans a wide range of industries and matters, including complex commercial litigation, trade secrets, non competes, health care, energy, construction, securities, business torts, and contractual disputes.
His experience includes both jury trials and arbitrations. Mr. Green’s practice also encompasses transactional issues, where he assist clients across various industries with compliance, corporate governance, and entity formation. Mr. Green is a native Houstonian and is actively involved as an alumni board member at St. Thomas High School.
During law school, Mr. Green clerked for the Honorable Steven Smith in the Southern District of Texas and clerked for a mid-size commercial litigation boutique firm. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Green earned a Master’s Degree from Notre Dame through the ACE program, where he served as a junior high teacher at an under resourced school in Los Angeles.
