Kevin A. Imhof joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2018 as an Associate of the firm’s Louisville office and is part of the Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice, focusing primarily on medical negligence defense and matters related to insurance bad faith claims. He is also as part of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group.
Kevin graduated from the University of Louisville, where he went on to earn his J.D. with a magna cum laude distinction. He served as president of the Student Bar Association at UofL’s Brandeis School and was recognized with several awards related to his achievements as a law student.
Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: Kevin supports clients of all sizes in defending against claims of negligence or intentional wrongdoing. A thoughtful researcher and strategist, Kevin follows proposals for reforms to tort legislation at the federal and state levels to anticipate how the initiatives might impact the firm’s clients.
He also stays apprised of the latest regulatory developments in a client’s field, so he can adapt to these changes and guide clients toward favorable outcomes.
Business Litigation: Kevin is part of a litigation team that handles business disputes ranging from single breaches of contract to multi-party, class-action conflicts. Regardless of the intricacies involved in a particular case, Kevin works to resolve matters effectively and efficiently, while staying focused on the client’s objectives.
