Kevin Michael Gick

Mr. Kevin Michael Gick has a background in both civil and criminal litigation. Before joining Frankl Miller Webb & Moyers, LLP, Mr. Gick worked as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for six years and then four years at the civil litigation firm of Frith Anderson & Peake.

Mr. Gick has had hundreds of trials in the General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations courts and has handled a number of jury trials solo in Circuit Court. When his clients are involved in a criminal, traffic, or quasi-criminal civil matters.

Mr. Gick’s experience in the criminal justice system and his contacts with local prosecutors and law enforcement can be advantageous.

His civil experience covers a variety of litigation matters, including automobile and tractor trailer accidents, premises liability (slip and fall, landlord-tenant), consumer protection act, vehicular repossession, civil rights actions, homeowner’s associations, and other personal injury claims – both as liability counsel and uninsured/underinsured counsel.
