Kevin O’Sullivan joined Fragomen’s New York office in April 2011 as an Associate. His practice is focused on corporate immigration law. Kevin partners with businesses to manage their international assignments and their temporary and/or permanent employment of professionals in the United States.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was employed in North Carolina, serving as a Senior Associate in the immigration practice of a national labor and employment law firm.
In this role, he was responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple corporate accounts, assisting such clients in the procurement of temporary, permanent and/or training visas for foreign national employees.
Kevin also researched, prepared, and drafted motions and responses to requests for evidence to the Department of Labor and USCIS. He researched and drafted internal and client-facing memoranda regarding complex immigration matters.
