
Mr. Kevin W. Weber represents businesses of all sizes in a broad range of litigation, dispute resolution, and general counseling matters. He brings a results-oriented approach to his clients’ specific business needs, whether those needs be pre-litigation counseling and crisis management, expedited proceedings and injunction practice, cost-effective case management, or proactive litigation.
His experience includes real estate disputes, trade secret actions, business break-ups, professional liability/malpractice matters, and litigation involving government entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weber served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth S. Levy, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part. Moreover, Mr. Weber is actively involved in the Equity Jurisprudence sections of the New Jersey and Essex County Bar Associations.
