
Kevin A. Woolf is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Woolf’s practice is multi-faceted, encompassing real estate, corporate, consulting, and international work, all tied together by a pragmatic approach that seeks to streamline existing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize cycle-time. A frequent lecturer and law school adjunct professor on the topic, Mr. Woolf has leased, sold, purchased, and/or developed office, retail, mixed use, industrial, and multi-family property for clients in over 43 states and multiple countries.
Additionally, he has assisted multinational clients with large-scale, mission-critical outsourcing transactions, including application, development and maintenance services, cloud computing services, data warehousing, and the provision of a company’s information technology backbone.
Mr. Woolf’s work has also involved the prosecution and protection of intellectual property interests (trademarks, patents, etc.), as well as the structuring of complex retail, licensee, transportation, and distribution agreements.
In 2007, Mr. Woolf received his Green Belt from the Six Sigma Academy in a unique client-focused program designed to increase the efficient delivery of legal services. Using Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies, SeyfarthLean – the firm’s innovative client service model – delivers increased value to our clients at a time of increased market pressures and competitive demands.
As an outgrowth of his Six Sigma training, Mr. Woolf also serves as the Managing Director of the Transaction Solutions Center (“TSC”) for SeyfarthLean Consulting (“SLC”), the firm’s wholly-owned subsidiary focused on the implementation of SeyfarthLean solutions in corporate law departments, HR, procurement and other enterprise functions. Created by the SLC in consultation with clients, the TSC is a proprietary web-based tool designed to assist in the efficient management of high volume work streams.
