Khoi Dang practices in the area of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, financing and banking. Mr. Dang represents a diverse range of business clients, including start-ups, venture-backed companies, privately held companies, mining companies, technology companies, finance companies and consumer-facing companies.
He also represents banks, bank holding companies and their subsidiaries on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters ranging from de novo formation, charter conversions, regulatory matters, securities compliance (including ’33 and ’34 Act compliance), corporate governance, operations, capital financing and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Dang also advises private equity groups in the areas of fund formation, fund economics, securities, financing, documentation and compliance.
Mr. Dang is a 2002 graduate of Santa Clara University Law School (Dean’s Fellow), a 1999 graduate of the University of California, San Diego (M.A., Global Policy and Strategy) (Robinson Fellow) and a 1996 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (cum laude).
