Kimberly Bozzo is an associate in Venable’s Real Estate Practice in the Washington, DC office. During law school, Kimberly was a summer associate with the Housing Conservation Coordinators, Inc., where she assisted with a wide range of matters, including providing legal services to eligible low- and moderate-income tenants, tenant associations, Housing Development Finance Corporation shareholders, and community organizations.
She also researched and wrote motions and solutions for housing law matters, including landlord-tenant issues. Kimberly was also a summer associate at an international law firm, where she drafted and commented on transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements.
